Tamalpais Wealth Advisors is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tamalpais Bancorp, Inc. which is a publicly held company traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Tamalpais Bancorp is also the parent company of Tamalpais Bank, which currently has seven branches in Marin County, California.
While both are controlled by Tamalpais Bancorp, Tamalpais Wealth Advisors and Tamalpais Bank are distinct, and as such are not responsible to or supervised by the other.
